She was called to the Ontario bar in 2011

In addition to serving her community and providing pro bono services as needed, Lindsay also recently taught part time lecturer in law and legal writing at Seneca College

Lindsay Trevelyan, a former law clerk with the Superior Court of Justice in Windsor and the Federal Court of Canada (Justice Douglas Campbell) entered private practice in 2012. She has practiced as a trial and appellate counsel in the areas of criminal, regulatory and professional discipline law.  Lindsay has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in the British Columbia Supreme Court and in the Supreme Court of Canada.  Her appearances as counsel in the Supreme Court of Canada include representing the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, The Advocates Society and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association as interveners. Her appearances include:
